Instructions for Easy Peasy Game Casserole
To prepare the Easy Peasy Game Casserole recipe, please follow these instructions:
The peeled carrots are cut into bites and swirled in a little butter on the forehead together with bacon, onions and the mushrooms cleaned.
Let it fry while stirring for a few minutes.
The game meat is cut into the tern (if not already) and brown in butter in a saucepan, add salt and pepper.
Pour red wine and broth into the pan with the meat.
Add the chopped vegetables and bacon to the pan.
Pour the cream into the pan and let it boil for approx. 45 - 50 min.
Add the cocktail sausages and flavor with berries.
Serve with small buttered potatoes, a light waldorfsalat salad, or mashed potatoes.
