Instructions for Easy and delicious pulled pork
To prepare the Easy and delicious pulled pork recipe, please follow these instructions:
Pulled Pork: The evening before mixing the rub together, the meat is rubbed with dry rub and placed in a frying pan, excess dry rub is poured into the frying pan. Put the stew with the neck fillet in a refractory dish in the refrigerator until the next morning.
The day after about 10-12 hours before serving, put the meat in the oven and set the oven to 100 degrees.
After approx. For 7 hours a small hole is drawn into the bag with the tip of a knife.
1 hour before serving, take the steps out of the oven, pour the liquid and place the meat in the refill dish.
NOTE! The meat is now so tender, so it takes a little finesse to get it out of the bag and left in the dish again without falling apart.
The oven is now turned up to 200 degrees the last hour until serving.
When the meat is finished, the meat is pulled apart and served.
BBQ sauce: BBQ sauce can be made evenings the night before, so it's allowed to pull and get even better.
The sauce is served in a bowl, for guests can drizzle the Pulled Pork.
If the BBQ sauce is made the day before, take it out of the refrigerator a few hours before serving so it is not too cold.
Take all ingredients and blend them with a rod blender.
Press garlic with garlic presses.
Salad: Cut the cabbage fine (a whole white-collar head may be on the top, so something must be taken away)
Tear the carrots on the grater.
Mix the cabbage and carrot together.
Stir marinade together and mix cabbage and carrots in a large plastic bag
Let it pull for approx. 60 min. In the refrigerator.
Stir the dressing together.
Drop the marinade from the cabbage mixture
Bring the cabbage mixture to the dressing and turn it all round, immediately before serving.
