Ingredients for Easy 5-grain bowls
1 | tsp | Salt |
125 | g | Butter |
150 | g | 5-grain mix |
3 | tbsp | Sugar |
5 | dl | Whole milk |
50 | g | Yeast |
800 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Easy 5-grain bowls
To prepare the Easy 5-grain bowls recipe, please follow these instructions:
Crumble the yeast in a cup, put the sugar in, stir around and leave it a little.
Lun the milk / magar milk and add the 5-grain mixture.
Stir yeast in the milk.
Then add the flour for a little while and knead it together until the dough becomes a whole solid lump.
Let the dough raise in the bowl for 20 minutes
Then the balls are formed about 18 to 20 pieces and allowed to adhere to the baking tray for about 30 minutes.
Bake at 200 degrees C. alm. Oven for about 15 min electricity. Until the balls have got the right color.
tips:
Try to replace 200 grams of flour with rye flour, they will be nice coarse and delicious.
