0.5-1 | tsp | Orange Peel (organic) |
100 | g | White chocolate |
2 | Pasteurized egg yolks | |
2.5 | dl | Whipped cream |
40 | g | Sugar |
Instructions for Easter mousse
To prepare the Easter mousse recipe, please follow these instructions:
Chop the chocolate well and melt it over the water bath.
Whip egg yolks, orange peel and sugar white and finally add the melted chocolate gently.
Whip the cream of foam and one third of it in the choko mass. Finally, turn it all over the rest of the whipped cream.
Divide it in the glad you need and decorate with a little spoon of orange peel.
