1.5 | tbsp | Vanilla sugar |

5 | dl | Whipped cream |
Instructions for Dumleis
To prepare the Dumleis recipe, please follow these instructions:
Whip egg yolks, sugar and vanilla sugar for * egg naps.
Chop the dumble and turn into the eggshell.
Whip the cream to whipped cream, but not too sticky.
Turn the whipped cream into the eggshell.
Now hold the ice in a form and freeze ice for at least hours.
* Egg snaps are a thick, airy and creamy mass that is whipped almost completely white.
