Ingredients for Dorte's Rough Bun
1 | dl | Canola oil |
125 | g | Raisins |
2 | tsp | Salt |
2 | tsp | Sugar |
200 | g | Hazelnuts |
50 | g | Yeast |
500 | g | 5-grain mix |
7 | dl | Water |
700 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Dorte's Rough Bun
To prepare the Dorte's Rough Bun recipe, please follow these instructions:
5 dl water and 5 cereal mix are stirred, boiled and poured into a large bowl.

200 gr hazelnut kernels are divided in half and come in.

2 dl cold water, 1 dl rapeseed oil, salt and sugar are also included.

50 g yeast crumble and stir well.

Then 125 g of raisins arrive.

Then flour is floured, so it will be a good dough.

Raises for half an hour.

Then roll the dough out about 1 cm in thickness and stick it out with a glass (by doing this, they can go to the toaster) - put on baking paper and raise for an hour - brush with eggs.

Bake at 200 degrees C. alm. Oven for approx. 10 minutes until they have a nice color.
