10-15Young soft silver beet (chard leaves)/large spinach leaves

To prepare the Dolmader recipe, please follow these instructions:

This is a raw version of stuffed wine leaves.

Cut the platters of silver beans / spinach (store them to make green juice or use them as vegetable snacks). Wash the leaves and dry them with a clean cloth. Take a leaf and put a thick stripe of paté at the bottom or the wide end. On top of this you put chopped tomatoes and cucumbers and rolls. There will be 10-15 fools.
