The yeast and honey are stirred in the lukewarm water. Fibrebag is mixed and the flour is added gradually. The dough is kneaded well and is covered for raising in 45 min. The dough is shaped into 13 bowls. The balls follow in 15 min. And brush with water. Bake 15-18 min at 200 degrees C.
