750 | g | 300 g fresh plums or prunes + 4 dl water |

To prepare the Dessert Plums recipe, please follow these instructions:
The flowers are rinsed and ejected through a top section. The bags are rinsed, soaked in the water for a few hours and ejected. The almonds were scalded, sliced and flaked. There is a almond fillet in each flower. Bring water and sugar to the boil. Half of the flowers are put in and cooked very soft for approx. 5 min. They are picked up before the next team is boiled for 5 minutes. Then add sherry and all the flowers are placed in the pan and heated for 5-10 minutes before turning off and covering with lid. The flowers should not boil in the last round. The composite is cooled. It can be sprinkled with Vanila or you can boil a piece of whole cinnamon. Whipped cream or raw cream is served to.
