200 | g | Wholemeal rye flour |
400 | g | Oat bran/wheat bran |
Instructions for Delicious, healthy biscuit
To prepare the Delicious, healthy biscuit recipe, please follow these instructions:
Turn on the oven of 200 gr. With approx. 3 oven plates in.
Mix flour, bran, water and salt in a bowl until the dough is linden and quite sticky. Mix until you can roll the dough between two pieces of baking paper, then remove the top layer of baking paper and set aside. The dough should be about 4-5 mm thick when rolled. Do the same with the rest of the dough.
Now cut with a regular grease knife (like a little wide) dough to biscuits, approx. 10x10 cm or at will.
Sprinkle with salt, cinnamon, sunflower seeds, whatever you want.
Put the three pieces of baking paper with dough into the oven on the hot plates. They must have approx. 20 min until you see they've got a little too much - they can crack like biscuits :)
Cooling on the grid.
