3-4Small boneless anchovies or herring

Instructions for Deer Leverpostej

To prepare the Deer Leverpostej recipe, please follow these instructions:

The butter is melted in a saucepan and before it becomes brown add the flour, which should only be brought together with the butter to a solid bowl. Then slowly add the milk until a solid white sauce is to be cooled.

In the meanwhile, chop liver and spoon two to four times with onions and anchovies / herring.

When the sauce is cold, mix it with chopped liver and spoon etc. Finally add spices and eggs under strong whipping.
The liver mass is poured into a greased form. Bacon or smoked pork can optionally be placed on top.

The liver post must be baked in a water bath at 170 - 180 degrees C. alm. Oven for 50 - 60 minutes.

If necessary, the surface may be browned for a couple of minutes at 200 degrees C. Alm. Oven or grill just before the post is taken out of the oven.

The living room is suitable for freezing.

You can also mix the animal feeder with pigs or calves in any ratio that reaches the 500 grams of liver for this serving.
