Ingredients for Deeppan pizza (baking soda)

Some black olives | ||
1 | tsp | Baking soda |
1 | Medium eggs | |
1/2 | tsp | Oregano |
1/4 | tsp | Salt |
100 | g | Chedar cheese, grated |
125 | g | Sardines in oil, drained and sliced lengthwise |
225 | g | Wheat flour |
400 | g | Diced tomatoes, drained |
50 | g | Butter |
Instructions for Deeppan pizza (baking soda)
To prepare the Deeppan pizza (baking soda) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Sift flour, baking powder and salt together. Mix butter and oregano in. stir egg and milk enough to that it will be a soft dough. Roll out on a lightly floured surface to a circle of 5 cm. expand the dough to fill a large skillet.
Place the dough in a lightly oiled pan and FRY at medium heat for 5 minutes, turn over and FRY uderliger 5 minutes to golden brown and firm.
Butter, the chopped tomatoes on the bottom, put the sardines on top and sprinkle with cheese. Sprinkle with oregano and garnish with olives.
Bake in the oven under the grill in 3-4 minutes until hot and bubbling.
