Instructions for Deep fried fish with sour-sweet sauce
To prepare the Deep fried fish with sour-sweet sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
Rinse fish fillets, and pat dry with paper towels. Cut the fillets into large surfaces. Turn them first in the beaten egg and then in potato flour. Shake off excess flour, and fry the fillets in the oil in a wok, heat until golden. Take them up with a slotted spoon, and let them drain on absorbent paper and keep warm fat.
Empty the wok for oil, but save 2-3 tbsp. and warm it up again. Saute the onions, peppers and pineapple into large cubes a few minutes in oil.
Stir the ingredients for the sauce together in a bowl. Came the sauce in the wok and bring to the boil while stirring.
Servers with cooked rice.
