Instructions for Daimkage III
To prepare the Daimkage III recipe, please follow these instructions:
The egg whips are whipped stiff, sugar comes in, whipped again, finally turning rice crispies in. The dough is spread over 2 bake plates, to make them even larger, it is recommended to draw 2 circles after a flat plate on the baking paper and fill the dough inside line. Bake at 130 degrees for 50-60 min. The cream is whipped and the daim is turned in. The cake is put together.
tips:
The bottoms can easily be baked a few days in advance, packed carefully in a bag. Also tastes with seasoned seasonal fruit either between the bottoms or on top of the cake. If without fruit, decorate if necessary. With a little melted chocolate in the "krussedulle" pattern :)
