Instructions for Daimis II

To prepare the Daimis II recipe, please follow these instructions:

Whip the egg whites almost stiff and turn the sugar in. Whip the whole pinch and turn the finely chopped almonds in.

Bring the marbles into a lubricated meshed springform and bag it for approx. 30 min. At 175 degrees C. alm. oven. Cool the bottom completely on a baker before the ice is on.

Whip egg yolks and sugar easily and airy. Whip the cream of whipped cream and turn it into the egg yolks together with coarsely chopped daim.

Distribute the ice-cream on the marble floor and cover it. Place ice in the freezer for at least 4 hours.

Leave ice for approx. 20 min on the table before serving.
