Cut green cabbage finely. Cut the Apple into cubes. Rinse the raisins under cold water to stop sticking together and let them afdryppe a moment. Mix it all together and add the sour cream to taste. A very lean version: make a sugar/lemon marinade and use it instead of sour cream.
