To prepare the Cultivation of bean sprout recipe, please follow these instructions:
Put 2 tbsp. seeds in a large glass jar and fill it with water. Let the seeds lie in soft overnight and then pour the water from.
Put now a piece of dense substance of krukkens opening and insert it firmly with a rubber band. Style jar a warm place.
Blame the spires each morning and night by pouring warm water through the meshed fabric. Turn the jar upside down after each rinse so the water can run off.
After 2-3 days made the jar in the Sun 1-2 days, or until the beans sprouts. Continue to rinse with water.
Tips:
It is cheap and simple to cultivate its own bean sprout. When you eat them quite tender and fresh, you get the benefit of their entire contents of vitamins and minerals.
The following varieties are particularly easy to get to germinate: Mung, azukibønner, alfalfa, mustard, Cress and lenses. Buy any biologically cultivated seeds. A handful of seeds gives approximately eight times as large dose of germination.
