Instructions for Culotte rose
To prepare the Culotte rose recipe, please follow these instructions:
Culotten marked, in the tip, from which it can cut across the kødtrådene. Culotten cut from the marked point, slightly tilted. (Culotten is scratched on the led, as it must be cut). Behind the potatoes along with the roast, but set them in the oven about 30 minutes before the roast.
Prepare the salad. While the roast is in the oven.
Take the roast out of the oven when the thermometer in roast roast shows 55-58 degrees c. allow to stand uncovered. During this rest period, the temperature of the roast will rise to 60-62 degrees C.
Slice the silverside roast in slices from the end where the brand sits.
