Instructions for Crepes without sugar: o)
To prepare the Crepes without sugar: o) recipe, please follow these instructions:
1. stir the flour and milk to a jævning.
2. Beat the eggs and salt in. Let the dough to rest for 10 minutes.
3. heat the fat in the Pan and it in the dough.
4. Remove pan from heat and came approximately ½ dl dough on. Let it run out so the bottom of the Pan is covered.
5. bake pancake over direct heat, to the dough is stiffened, and the edge is starting to become light brown.
6. Flip the pancake and behind the other.
7. Behind the next pancake without extra fat.
