Ingredients for Creme brule

100 | g | Cane sugar |
2.5 | dl | Whole milk |
5 | dl | Whipped cream |
8 | Egg yolk |
Instructions for Creme brule
To prepare the Creme brule recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the vanilla and scrape the marrow out. Mix the vanilla in the sugar and stir the egg yolks. Add milk and cream while stirring and leave for half an hour.
Spread the cream into 6-7 small refractory bowls.
Put them in the oven at 120 degrees C. alm. Oven for approx. 2 hours.
Let the cream cool.
Sprinkle a thin, even layer of cane sugar on the baked cream, burn with a gas burner until the sugar is melted to caramel.
Server immediately.
tips:
Alternatively to the gas burner, the dishes can be placed under the grill until the surface is golden.
