1Vanilla pod
2.5dlMilk
30gCane sugar
5dlWhipped cream
6Egg yolks

Instructions for Creme brüle

To prepare the Creme brüle recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut the vanilla and scrape the marrow out. Mix the vanilla in the sugar and stir the egg yolks. Add milk and cream while stirring and leave for half an hour.

Remove foam from the surface on cream and spread it into 6 small refractory dishes. Put them in the oven at 120 degrees C. alm. Oven for approx. 1 hour. Let the cream cool.

Sprinkle a thin, even layer of cane sugar on top of the baked cream and place the dishes under the grill until the surface is golden. Server immediately.
