Instructions for Crème bruleé 02
To prepare the Crème bruleé 02 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Set the oven at 150 degrees c. alm. oven.
Warm cream and a vanilla pod in a saucepan up to just below the boiling point. Take the Pan from the heat and let it soak about 10 minutes under the lid. Remote vanillestangen.
Beat the egg yolks with half the sugar and airy, stir in the warm vanillefløde in.
Sieve the cream into 6 individual molds.
Behind the cream in a hot water bath that reaches half way up on the molds about 60 minutes for the cream is stiffened. Let the cream be chilled in the refrigerator.
Orange syrup: Boil orange juice in half with cane sugar. SI the syrup through a fine sieve and add the raisins. Set the syrup to cool.
Karamelisering: Sprinkle sugar over the cream. Set the cream during oven grill 2-3 min. Or use a bundselsbrænder.
