A little sugar or honey
1Fixed green courgette into small pieces
1dlFintsnittet Basil
1dlFintsnittet Mint
1Fintsnittet red chilli
1Pinch. cinnamon juice and grated to be of 0.5 lemon
1-2tbspOlive oil
2bundleSpring onions into pieces or 4 new onions into strips
2cloveMinced garlic
350gCouscous
4New carrots into smaller pieces
4slicesParma ham or 8 lamb Dor
6Large tomatoes

Instructions for Couscous salad with summer green

To prepare the Couscous salad with summer green recipe, please follow these instructions:

Pour plenty of cold water on the couscous and let it draw for 20 minutes. Half the tomatoes and gently press them out of juice and kernels. Cut the tomato meat into the tern. Sauté onions, carrots and zucchini in a high-brow pan with olive oil with garlic, chili and cinnamon. Add tomatoes and sauté for a few more minutes. Add the juice of ½ lemon and taste with a little cane sugar or honey. Pour the water from the couscous and turn it into the green. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and put on it. Steam approx. 5 min. Turn the herbs and the delicious lemon peel into and taste if necessary. With more salt, sugar and pepper. Server with ham or lambseller.

The salad comes in a bucket. Ham or dumplings are wrapped in food paper.
