Beat the milk, eggs and oil together in a bowl. Therein sifted cornmeal, wheat flour, salt, sugar and baking powder. Stir quickly with a fork. Chop the jalapeno, gently stir in jalapeno, corn and cheese in the dough. Pour it into a greased ovenproof dish. Bake for 40 min at 180-200 degrees.
