Instructions for Cones III
To prepare the Cones III recipe, please follow these instructions:
Sugar and eggs are stirred together, after which the other ingredients are added, and the whole thing stirred into a uniform mass.
Bake in 2 well lubricated and slightly mealy plates as follows: On each plate is placed 8 equal portions of dough, which ironed out for oval shape, ca. 10 cm. long and ca. 6 cm. wide.
Bake in oven at 250 degrees C Groove Center. alm. oven for about 5 minutes. The oven must have the right temperature from the start.
Every single pastry shaped to Cone, while it is still hot and pliable. The shaped cone is placed in the neck of a milk bottle or similar until it stiffens and retains its shape. Every single piece of baked goods may be on the hot plate until it must be shaped. Otherwise, stiffens it by cooling and can not be shaped. It should anyway be too rigid, then simply plug the plate into the hot oven again for a moment.
