To prepare the Coleslaw with grapes, nuts and parsley recipe, please follow these instructions:

Chop the cabbage finely, halvér white grapes and chop hazel nuts lightly. Mix the three things together in a salad bowl.

Chop the parsley and mix it with olive oil, lemon juice. You can use an electric chopper, e.g. the type that often accompanies a hand blender. Season with a little sugar/honey and salt and a little pepper. The mixture should be a little mushy, but is it too thick so the infant, if desired. up with 1 tablespoon juice, cranberryjuice etc. Stir in parsley mixture in the salad and mix well.
