Instructions for Cod on green mashed potatoes

To prepare the Cod on green mashed potatoes recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut fish into serving-sized pieces. Place them in a greased baking dish, and drizzle a little olive oil over. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and bread crumbs. Cover the dish with baking paper and bake at 200 degrees, the fish for about 15 – 20 minutes until fish is firm in the flesh.

Green mashed potatoes
Peel the potatoes and cut them into smaller pieces. Boil them until tender, which takes approximately 2 minutes. Drainage the potatoes – and then mash them. Whip them through with milk, so they get a customize texture. Blend parsley with olive oil and red it in kartoffelmosen. Season with salt and pepper

Grate mushrooms crunchy in a little oil. Sprinkle salt and pepper on them and serve the fish.
