800 | g | Cod fillet without skin |
Instructions for Cod in the dish
To prepare the Cod in the dish recipe, please follow these instructions:
Sauce: cut the apples into cubes and Leek in rings, and chop garlic feddet.
Saute the Apple cubes, leek rings and garlic in oil without taking the color. Add tomatoes, bay leaf and paprika, and cook for 2-3 minutes. Stir in corn flour flour out in piskefløden and stir it into the sauce. Cook the sauce, and season with salt and pepper.
Pour the sauce into a baking dish.
Fish: cut cod fillet into pieces of approx. 6 cm. and put the pieces on top of the sauce. Style dish in a 220 degrees c. alm. oven for about 15 minutes. When the Court is finished, sprinkled with parsley – and the course is served with rice.
