200gSugar
400mlCoconut milk

Instructions for Coconut sorbet

To prepare the Coconut sorbet recipe, please follow these instructions:

Water and sugar are boiled under stirring for 5 minutes. Cool in a refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Whip coconut milk with the sugar layer. Freeze / stir approx. 40 minutes in ice machine. Can also be made in alm. Freezes at approx. 3 hours, but only stirring regularly. When half of the freezing time has elapsed, coconut flour is added.

tips:
You can advantageously make a large amount of sugar clove (dbl. Or 3 dbl.) And store it in a refrigerator for a few days. Then you have more servings and can make several kinds of sorbet. Use only 200 g of chopped fruit / berries of your choice instead of coconut milk / flour.
