Instructions for Coconut pancakes
To prepare the Coconut pancakes recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix rice flour, sugar, salt and coconut flakes in a bowl. Make a recess in the middle. Add the eggs. Stir in a little coconut milk in little by little to the mass will be a steady batter.
Heat the Pan up by even heat. Advantage a little oil on it. Pour off the excess oil. Stir in the batter and came 2-3 scoops on the forehead. Skew and rotate the Pan so the bottom will be covered (a pan of approximately 15 cm. in diameter). Fry the pancakes about 4 minutes until it is lightly browned and the underside completely stiffened. Turn it gently and fry the other side. FRY all the pancakes.
