2 | tsp | Vanilla sugar |
4 | dl | Desiccated coconut |

To prepare the Coconut muffins recipe, please follow these instructions:
Eggs and sugar, beat well together.
Nuts and chocolate chopped and mixed together with the melted butter and the remaining ingredients. The dough is stirred well. The dough should be so fast, that it can be joined to form small balls. Each ball is loaded in a paper form. If the dough is too steady, one can add a little more coconut flakes.
Paper molds placed on a baking sheet and bake in the oven at 200 degrees pasties C alm. oven for 10-15 minutes, until light brown.
