Melt the butter and let it cool off. Whip egg and sugar white and foaming. Add coconut and melted butter and allow the dough to cool a little. Put the dough on a plate of baking paper with two teaspoons and behind the macros in the middle of the oven at 200 degrees C. alm. Oven for approx. 12 minutes.
