To prepare the Coconut Apple dessert recipe, please follow these instructions:
The apples were peeled off. Core are removed, and the apples are cut into smaller pieces and cooked to mush. Bog season with sukekr, lemon zest, vanilla sugar or cinnamon and pour into a heat-proof platter, there are 4-5 cm deep. The eggs are beaten with the sugar. Desiccated coconut is mixed in and the mass is distributed over æblemosen. Bake on a rack in the middle of the oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve cold or warm with whipped cream.
