Ingredients for Coarse Rolls

Eggs
Poppy seeds or cracked rye kernels
1dlButtermilk
1.5tspSalt
125g3 kornsblanding
15gYeast
2tbspOil
2dlWater
300gWholemeal wheat flour

Instructions for Coarse Rolls

To prepare the Coarse Rolls recipe, please follow these instructions:

Stir yeast into the water. Add buttermilk, oil, salt and 3-grain mix. Mix whole wheat flour in a couple of times until the dough has a suitable consistency.

Bring the dough well ,, until it is soft and smooth and shape immediately 12 rolls. Let them rise cold (in the refrigerator) overnight, covered with a moist piece of cloth.

In the morning they are brushed with eggs and sprinkled with birch or cracked rye kernels.

Bake for approx. 16 minutes at 225 degrees.

The pieces can be frozen.
