Instructions for City Hall pancakes
To prepare the City Hall pancakes recipe, please follow these instructions:
The pancakes: stir the dry ingredients into a jævning with beer and milk. Egg yolks and oil are added and the dough is resting in 30 minutes. Then invert the stiftpiskede egg whites into the batter.
Behind the pancakes in butter.
Cream: Eggs, sugar, flour and cream whipped together in a pan and get a rehash. Vanilla sugar and wine are added. The cream is cooled.
Each pancake rolled together 1 tbsp. cream and garnish with a strip of abrikosmos and almond flakes.
