100 | g | Margarine |
150 | g | Cooked cold potato |
200 | g | Wheat flour |
3 | Eggs | |
300 | g | Sugar |
Instructions for Citronmazarin
To prepare the Citronmazarin recipe, please follow these instructions:
Fat and sugar are whipped airy. The eggs are alternately added with flour, baking soda and purified potatoes. Lemon peel and juice are stirred in the dough.
The dough is poured into a well-ground spring form. The cake is baked at 175 degrees C. alm. Oven for approx. 1½ hours.
Once cooled, turn it out.
