Ingredients for Citrongranité
0.5 | dl | Lemon liqueur |
1 | dl | Water |
1.5 | dl | Lemon juice |
4 | dl | Sugar |
Instructions for Citrongranité
To prepare the Citrongranité recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix 5 cups water and 4 cups of sugar. Boil together for a few minutes. Let the bed sheet to cool to the no longer feels warm.
Mix 1 ½ cups lemon juice, 1 dl water and ½ dl lemon liqueur. Pour in the brine when it is cold.
Freeze in 1 ½ hour Granites, take out and stir.

(3-4 hours based on form, preferably low wide form)
Take out of freezer ½ hour before serving, pour in ½ dl of liqueur and whip with electric beater for the granite will be breezy. Server in glasses with straws.
