200gButter or margarine
300gWheat flour

Instructions for Cinnamon Medals

To prepare the Cinnamon Medals recipe, please follow these instructions:

The margarine crumbles in the flour and the cinnamon, the egg is added. The dough is kneaded well and left to rest for approx. ½ hour.

The dough rolls thinly and sticks out to medals with a red wine glass. The medals are baked at 200 degrees for 6 minutes.

Half of the baked medals are sprinkled with grated chocolate and put in the oven for another 2 minutes. At 200 degrees.

Whipped cream is whipped to whipped cream that is used to put the medals together.

1 medal without chocolate at the bottom, whipped cream and finally 1 medal of chocolate at the top.
