1	tsp	Cinnamon
1	tsp	Romessens or 1/2 dl rom
1/2		Together the beaten egg
1/4	tsp	Baking soda
2 1/2	dl	Whipped cream
2-3	tbsp	Sugar
300	g	Thick, sweet applesauce
65	g	Wheat flour

To prepare the Cinnamon cake recipe, please follow these instructions:

Touched dough:
The ingredients are stirred together in the order mentioned and divided into 3 greased layer cake molds.

Baking time: approx. 10 min. At 225 gr in preheated oven.

They are chilled on a grid and put together with apple sauce and chopped almonds. The cake is covered with lettuce whipped cream and sprinkle lightly with cinnamon.
