1tspBaking soda
1pinchSalt
2Eggs
2tspGround cinnamon
200gAlmonds
250gWheat flour
250Butter
250gSugar

Instructions for Cinnamon biscuits

To prepare the Cinnamon biscuits recipe, please follow these instructions:

Divide the almonds in half.
Bring butter, sugar and salt into a bowl and stir it airy with a hand mill.
Add the eggs one at a time.
Mix flour, baking soda and cinnamon and whip it in the dough.
Add the almonds and stir the dough uniformly.
Put lumps of dough on baking paper with a spoon. (Not too many on the plate as they flow out.)
Bring some water on your fingers and push the lumps flat.
Bake at 175 degrees C. alm. Oven for 15-18 minutes.
