300 | g | Durummel |
50 | g | Yeast |
6.5 | dl | Water |
800 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Ciabatta bread and buns
To prepare the Ciabatta bread and buns recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir the yeast in the lukewarm water (37 degrees C) and add the flour, salt and olive oil. Knead the dough and let it raise covered and warm for half an hour.
Sprinkle flour on the table. Portion dough into two equal pieces. Turn the air out of the dough and form it one piece for a loaf of bread and the second piece to 8-12 buns.
Put the bread on a baking sheet and dough balls on another. After the raises covered and warm for about 1 hour. Loaves brushed with water and sprinkled with flour just before baking.
Loaves baked in a hot air oven 200 degrees hot. Dough balls are taken out after about 15 minutes. The bread after further 5-10 minutes.
