Instructions for Christmas species
To prepare the Christmas species recipe, please follow these instructions:
Chocolate and nuts, chopped fine. The flour sifted together with bicarbonate of soda. Knead all the ingredients together into a uniform dough.
The dough is divided into 4 equal parts, which are formed into balls and then rolled out to approx. 30 cm long sausages. put the dough in the fridge or freezer, so can the cakes bake when you want.
Specierne cut off in approx. 3 mm thick slices and bake on the Middle Groove in a 200 degrees c. alm. oven for about 8 mins.
When specierne is cooled out the in an air-tight cake tin.
