100 | g | Hazelnuts |
100 | g | Dark chocolate |
180 | g | Sugar |
240 | g | Wheat flour |
3 | Eggs | |
3 | Oranges | |
3 | tsp | Vanilla sugar |
Instructions for Christmas Orange cake
To prepare the Christmas Orange cake recipe, please follow these instructions:
Whisk eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar into a fluffy egg snaps. Mix the flour, baking powder, chopped nuts and chopped chocolate together and turn it gently into the dough, alternating with the oil and the juice of one orange (which may possibly be complied with grated orange zest of one orange in, but remember that it should be a usprĂžjtet orange).
Pour the batter into a springform (24 cm in diameter) and behind the cake at the bottom of the oven about 50 minutes at 175 degrees c. alm. oven.
When the cake is finished and more easily cooled, invert it on a platter and the juice from the remaining 2 oranges poured out over the cake.
