1000 | g | Wheat flour |
150 | g | Margarine |
2 | packages | Yeast |
3 | dl | Milk |
3 | dl | Water |
Instructions for Christmas kløben (Kevie)
To prepare the Christmas kløben (Kevie) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Margarine is melted in a pan add water.
Milk, yeast, salt, cardamom and sugar are mixed when the margarine is melted and water and margarine is "little finger hot" mixes you it on top of the milk and add raisins at will.
CA. 1000 g flour added and kneaded well. The dough is made to withdraw approximately a havl hour.
Form so that your kløben there will be two of this portion.
Bake at 180 degrees C and hot air for about 12 minutes, when they are finished sprinkles you with icing sugar.
