2tspGround cinnamon
2tspVanilla sugar
200gMargarine
200gSugar
4Eggs
50gSoft nougat
50gBrown sugar
50gCoarsely chopped hazelnuts
50gCoarsely chopped almonds
50gCoarsely chopped walnuts
75gChopped dried apricots

Instructions for Christmas brownies

To prepare the Christmas brownies recipe, please follow these instructions:

Margarine, nougat and chocolate is melted in a thick-bottomed saucepan on a low heat. Allow to cool a little.

Brown sugar, cinnamon and Baileys stirred in.

Eggs, sugar and Vanila whipped white and frothy. Wheat flour mixed with baking soda and gently stir in egg mixture.

The rest of the ingredients stirred in. Dough is poured into a bread crumbs sprinkled baking pan 23x33 cm and bake for about 35 minutes at 175 degrees C alm. oven.

The cake is cooled and cut into small squares.

Tips:
The cake is best the day after it is baked.
