Ingredients for Chopped beef pot
1 | Green bell pepper | |
1 | can | Chopped tomatoes, canned |
1 | Onion | |
1 | Red bell pepper | |
150 | g | Bacon, diced |
2 | clove | Garlic |
2.5 | dl | Whipped cream |
200 | g | Cocktail sausages |
500 | g | Beef, chopped about 10% fat |
Instructions for Chopped beef pot
To prepare the Chopped beef pot recipe, please follow these instructions:
Turn the bacon into a pan add the beef until it is brown, add onion and pepper and garlic and stir around. Add chopped tomatoes and cream and simmer with salt and pepper. Add the cocktail sausages to the end and warm it until the sausages are warm and serve.
Served with mashed potatoes, rice or pasta.
tips:
Can use bacon in tern rather than strips, the cream can be replaced with more low fat products eg cooking cream or cream fine.
