To prepare the Chop chops of wild boar in dish recipe, please follow these instructions:
Turn the chops into flour, salt, a little curry and peppers. Brown the chops on the forehead and put them in a refractory dish. Peppercorns, carrots, apples and onions are torn on a raw iron. Put it all in a pan, add broth, cream, tomato paste and peppers. Let it all cook for about 5 min. Pour it over the chops and place the dish in a preheated oven at 150 degrees for approx. 1 hour. Served with loose rice and flütes.
