Instructions for ChokoBanankage

To prepare the ChokoBanankage recipe, please follow these instructions:

Preheat the oven to 180 gr.
Mix the dry ingredients well in a bowl (sugar, flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, soda, salt and vanilla sugar), set aside.
Melt the chocolate over the water bath.
Mix the wet ingredients in another bowl (egg, water, whole milk, oil, mash bananas and melted chocolate)
Whip the wet ingredients in the dry until they are well mixed. The dough must be quite thin. Grease a cake mold / frying pan (about 23 x 33 cm) and pour the dough into. Put cake in the middle of the oven and behind approx. 35-40 min. (You can see if the cake is finished by sticking a fork in the middle of the cake if there is nothing on the fork, the cake is ready.) Take the cake out of the oven and cool it on a grate.

tips:
The bananas make the cake not dry, so it can be made both one and two days in advance. If you want to use the cake as dessert you can make a ganache to lubricate upstairs. Ganache: 200 gr. 70% dark chocolate in small pieces 1.5 dl. Whipped cream 1 tablespoon butter (unsalted) Procedure: Bring the chocolate into a heatproof bowl. Heat the cream and butter in medium heat until it boils. Pour the boiling cream and butter over the chocolate immediately and leave it for 5 minutes. Stir around until it is a uniform mass. When the mass is completely cold, whip it to a soft and airy mass. Distribute the ganach on the cold cake.
