Ingredients for Chocolates
EVS. a pinch of salt | ||
2 | tbsp | Sugar |
4 | tbsp | Cocoa butter |
6 | tbsp | Icing sugar |
8 | tbsp | Cocoa powder (real cocoa) |
Instructions for Chocolates
To prepare the Chocolates recipe, please follow these instructions:
Transfer water to a water bath.
Put the cocoa butter in the bowl you want to use for the water bath.
Let the butter melt, then pour the sugar and stir for 5 minutes. The sugar does not have to be dissolved.
Now pour Flormelis and cocoa butter until it gets thick and enough for the amount of chocolate you want.
Pour it into the molds and put aside. Sea salt in.
Put it in the fridge for 2 hours.
