150 | g | Dark (bitter) chocolate |
2 | tbsp | Sifted cocoa powder |

To prepare the Chocolate parfait recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir the egg yolks together. Boil water and sugar up, and let it boil for 5 minutes.
